On March 11, 2013, it will be forbidden to sell animal tested cosmetics within the EU. 
That includes both the finished product and the ingridients. 

I can’t express how happy I feel about this, and how much I love all the people who worked for this. I just want to hug everyone that signed the No Cruel Cosmetics petition! The list goes on and I don’t know what to say, but once again, thank you guys and I’m sending love to all the people that are against animal testing ♥
